Mayo. This is an excellent opportunity for an Engineering Graduate to develop their software development skills and gain work experience in a fast-paced world class manufacturing operation in line with the vision of Commercial Products Supply (CPS) and The Coca-Cola Company. This Graduate Program is for 22 months.KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESPlay a critical part in our development team, responsible for the entire lifecycle of our software products from initial concept to deployment.Gather user requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and architecture design.Participate in code reviews testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.Perform debugging of the software code at the level of application units, apply debugging methods and techniques and correctly interpret faults findings and present bug report.Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and extend existing applications as well as modernise legacy code base.Work with modern development technology such as DevOps.Work with operations, quality and engineering teams to develop roadmaps for the development of the infrastructure architecture and systems.EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS2024/2025 Graduate with an honour’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar required.SKILLSDemonstrated knowledge in programming languages like C#, SQL, JavaScript and TypescriptDemonstrated debugging and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with Design Patterns and Object-Oriented programmingFamiliarity with frontend frameworks/libraries (e.g. Vue, Angular)Understanding of backend technologies particularly .NET and .NET CoreDemonstrated knowledge of relational databases, data structures and algorithmsPREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCEExperience of working with teams in a solution focused environment.Academic experience of back-end and front-end development.Experience in troubleshooting and problem solving.Experience using git for version controlBasic knowledge of manufacturing systems would be an advantage.Skills:Computer Programming, C Sharp (Programming Language), Group Problem Solving, Software Applications, Software Development, Structured Query Language (SQL), TroubleshootingOur Purpose and Growth Culture:We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
