As the Hotel Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the reservations department, ensuring the efficient management of bookings while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the Front Office and Sales teams to maximize room occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the reservations team and ensure smooth daily operations within the department.
* Oversee the booking process from inquiry to confirmation, ensuring that all reservations are accurately processed and recorded.
* Maximize occupancy and revenue through effective inventory management, forecasting, and rate strategies.
* Liaise with the Sales and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
* Handle high-volume inquiries, including individual bookings, group reservations, and corporate accounts.
* Analyze booking patterns and trends to implement effective strategies for managing demand.
* Monitor and manage third-party booking channels and online travel agents (OTAs).
* Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained, dealing with any inquiries or complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
* Train, mentor, and develop the reservations team to ensure consistent service excellence.
* Prepare reports on reservations data, occupancy rates, and revenue performance.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a Reservations Manager role within a luxury or 4/5-star hotel environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused attitude.
* Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS) and reservations software.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes of bookings efficiently.
* Experience with revenue management and inventory control.
* Fluent English, both written and verbal.
* Living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
