Job Description
Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to join Europe's Largest Airline Group. This role presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to our ambitious growth plans, with the aim of welcoming over 300 million guests and operating 800 aircraft within the next decade.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert knowledge on payroll processes in Spain, including common systems such as RED, SILTRA, Contrat@, DELTA, and others.
* Assist in adapting company systems to simplify payroll processing in Spain.
* Offer advice on compliance and respond to ad-hoc queries from various stakeholders.
* Maintain effective interactions with local providers and other departments.
* Efficiently manage daily administrative tasks.
Requirements:
* Deep understanding of Spanish payroll systems.
* At least 3 years of experience in a payroll department.
* Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Spanish.
* Proficiency in Office Suite, particularly Excel.
