Sales & Marketing Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth across our hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue from various key revenue streams, including accommodation, weddings, MICE events, and leisure experiences.
* Design and execute digital marketing strategies, leveraging social media platforms to promote offers and optimize return on investment through our website.
* Monitor performance and collaborate with 3rd party partners and hotel stakeholders to enhance performance.
* Conduct sales calls, site inspections, networking events, workshops, and FAM trips to foster relationships and identify business opportunities.
* Promote brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
* Partner with external agencies, photographers, and designers to create compelling promotional content.
* Manage the hotel's website, focusing on optimal user experience and regular content updates.
* Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to develop the overall marketing strategy and digital direction for the hotel, and take the lead on ad hoc projects as needed.
* Work closely with the Rooms Division Manager and Reservations Team to optimize pricing strategies and occupancy rates.
* Analyze customer feedback and market insights to refine guest experiences and marketing approaches.
Candidate Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior sales and marketing role within the luxury hospitality, tourism, or events sector in Ireland.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, and revenue management tools.
* Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
* A passion for luxury hospitality and the ability to create meaningful experiences for guests and clients.
