Position Overview:
Reception Front Desk
This role offers a 2-weeks training, followed by a permanent full-time position.
Training Details:
* Duration: 20 hours of training each week over 2 weeks.
* Schedule: Required to work 8- and 9-hour shifts full-time - Rotative roster over the week.
Permanent Position Details:
* Base Hours: 40 hours per week.
* Shift Schedule:
o Morning shifts
o Evening shifts
o Night shifts
* Additional Hours: Flexibility to take on extra hours when required, depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism.
* Answer and direct phone calls and emails efficiently.
* Manage front desk operations, including administrative and clerical tasks.
* Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and well-organized.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client and visitor needs promptly.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in reception or customer service is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
* Willingness to work night shifts on weekends (11 PM - 7 AM).
* Flexibility to cover extra hours when needed.
