Clinical Nurse Manager 2 – Head of Care
TTM Healthcare is recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 – Head of Care on behalf of a disability service for adults based in Wicklow.
The Role:
You will lead and manage while mentoring and supervising our frontline care support teams. You will oversee and ensure the provision of high-quality clinical care to individuals within the services you support.

About This Role
This is a full-time permanent contract working 39 hours per week.
Salary
€54,209.78 - €64,461.77 per year based on years of experience.
Requirements
* In possession of a nursing qualification and registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
* A minimum of 3 years post-registration experience and currently operating at CNMI level or Senior Staff Nurse Level.
* Line management or significant supervisory experience within the disability or broad personal social services field.
* Experience in the delivery of training to staff at all levels.
* Evidence-based decision-making skills.
* Driving license and willingness to drive for work.
* Desire for personal and professional development.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential.
* Good Standard of verbal and written English.
* Personal integrity and trustworthiness.
* Positive attitude.
* Willing to embrace change and committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning throughout the service.
* Committed to the principles of rights-based, person-centred services.
* Full clean driver's license.
