We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for a full suite of administration duties.
What you’ll do:
* First point of contact for customers over the phone
* Accurately passing on messages to the appropriate person
* Responsible for the development and completion of quotations in line with customer requirements
* Tracking and logging of quotations
* Coordination of deliveries
* Logging and maintaining record of driver permits
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Prepare and edit documents as required
* Responsible for social media and digital marketing
* Updating and maintenance of company website
* Manage filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible
* Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
* Accurate data entry and maintenance of databases
What we’re looking for:
* 2-3 years’ experience in a busy office environment
* ECDL/ ICDL or comparative experience with the full suite of Microsoft Office applications – High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
* Professional, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong organizational skills
* Excellent multitasking skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to manage own workload and work on own initiative
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From €15.00 per hour
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
