This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about food and eager to start or grow their culinary career. As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes across various sections of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to the highest standards, following recipes and guidelines.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
* Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and food preparation tasks.
* Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Kitchen Management.
* Contribute to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Commis Chef or a culinary qualification is desirable but not essential.
* A passion for food and a willingness to learn.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
