Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with other departments and out-sourced partners to ensure the successful delivery of the Facility and Utility Support function in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
Maintain Facility and Utility Support services in accordance with regulatory requirements and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Support continuous improvement by participating in projects, system failure studies, and incident investigations using recognised methodologies such as 8SPS and RCA.
Develop and execute Change Control related to the Engineering function.
Participate in Lean measures such as Gemba and Kaizen events.
Comply with Global Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines, regulatory requirements, and cGMP in day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with other departments and out-sourced partners to ensure the successful delivery of the Facility and Utility Support function.
2. Maintain Facility and Utility Support services in accordance with regulatory requirements and cGMP.
3. Support continuous improvement by participating in projects, system failure studies, and incident investigations.
4. Develop and execute Change Control related to the Engineering function.
5. Participate in Lean measures such as Gemba and Kaizen events.
6. Comply with Global Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines, regulatory requirements, and cGMP in day-to-day activities.
7. Escalate issues to relevant onsite stakeholders and support the resolution of any such issues.
8. Develop new and review/update existing SOPs.
9. Support site Reliability and Calibration improvement programs.
10. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project activity is supported through inspection and safety walks.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Engineering, Science, or technical discipline preferred.
* Lean Six Sigma Methodology experience desired with Green Belt preferred.
* Experience within Facilities and Utilities support areas in a GMP manufacturing environment.
* Knowledge of regulatory/code requirements to Irish, European, and International Codes, Standards, and Practices.
