CMMS Planner Role Summary:

Analyzes work orders by size, urgency, skill set, location, complexity, and available manpower. Assists operations teams by issuing work orders in a sequential flow to individual technicians or work teams.
Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinates the engagement and direction of appropriate subcontractors.
* Works closely with Technicians to stage materials, permits, subcontractors, tools, and other resources necessary to accomplish the work in the most productive manner possible.
* Develops, maintains, and distributes workflow processes to the entire account team documenting how work is planned, scheduled, and executed.
Requirements:

* Maximo experience required.
* Well-developed communication skills (verbal and written) enabling the individual to work with Senior Managers, clients, suppliers, and staff of all levels and abilities.
* Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
* Able to work systematically and use own initiative with ability to work on more than one task at any given time.
* Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
* Must be flexible to work outside core office hours from time to time, and to travel to other work locations.
