We are hiring a HR Information Systems Analyst who will have ownership of all HR systems in respect of data integrity, day to day operational management and system upgrades. In this role you will support the broader HR team in terms of reporting and data analysis. You are currently working in a similar role in professional services or in a complex corporate environment.
About the role
In this role you will:
* Manage the integrity of the data in the HR systems (People XD & Cornerstone) and all related processes;
* Manage HR system renewals, upgrades and integration projects, and implementation of new systems as required;
* Develop excellent vendor relationships with Access and Cornerstone to ensure the system is delivering value to all users, proactively ensure issues and queries are fully addressed in a timely manner;
* Co-ordinate the system management aspect of the annual performance review cycle and career level promotion processes including bulk uploads and letters;
* Deliver training, support and expert guidance to the HR team and the broader user base;
* Continuously monitor data quality including consistency of data capture, reconciliations and regular audits; and
* Collaborate with colleagues in other departments including Finance and IT to provide data required for a range of internal projects, including salary and bonus processes, gender pay gap reporting, Mindful Business Charter (MBC) and D&I initiatives.
The person
* You are an experienced HR systems / data analyst and demonstrate a fast-paced, proactive and solution focused approach;
* You work effectively across teams, have excellent communication and relationship building skills;
* You have an analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, organisational and critical thinking skills;
* You have expert level Excel skills and can deliver effective and credible value added insights from the data; and
* You understand the confidentiality required in this role.
