Job Title: Project Manager
Cork, Ireland-based MMD Construction is seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to fill the role of Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage, coordinate, and execute project scope while meeting objectives for EHS, design, technical, quality, programme, and commercial aspects.
2. Coordinate and monitor construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements.
3. Allocate and manage resources to ensure availability throughout the construction process.
4. Determine necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed.
5. Manage quality control throughout the project lifecycle and ensure accurate documentation.
6. Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
7. Prepare reports using Project Management Software.
8. Modify and update the project programme to meet key milestones.
9. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Legislation and BC(A)R regulations.
10. Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and key team members.
Requirements:
* Third-level qualification in a relevant construction discipline.
* Background in engineering is desirable.
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
* Proven ability to advise clients and design teams on value, risks, and programme.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Commitment to teamwork and career development.
* Motivation, organisation, and excellent time management skills.
* Proven leadership and team management abilities.
* Tech savvy with good computer skills.
* Good knowledge of construction materials and processes.
* Able to multitask and understand core manager duties.
