PhoneWatch is currently looking to recruit a Call Centre Agent for our Customer Support Team.
Applications are invited for the position of Call Centre Agent in our 24-hour Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). This vacancy is a full-time permanent position, 40hrs per week, based in our Dublin City Centre HQ. Please note that this role is office-based, and full flexibility is required across a 7-day roster to include Days, Nights and Weekends.

The aim of the ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre) department is to provide top quality service to our customer base through the handling of alarms activations received. Our monitoring service provides a 24/7 key holder and/or emergency service response to our customers. This Department strives to deliver a world class service to our customers so we are looking for people who have a passion for delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
As a Call Centre Agent you will be:
* Receiving and responding to alarm activations from Customer premises and strictly adhering to alarm handling procedures
* Receiving and resolving out-of-hours technical and administrative inbound Customer Support calls
* Achieving weekly / monthly performance targets
* Escalating customer queries to the relevant department when required
* Other duties (whether or not Monitoring related) as required.
What Skills/Experience do I need as a Call Centre Agent:
* Excellent English language and verbal communication skills are essential
* Proven experience in dealing with customers
* Call Centre experience dealing with inbound and outbound telephone calls is an advantage
* Basic keyboard/PC skills are required
* PSA licence for monitoring centres would be desirable but not essential
