We are recruiting for a Health & Safety Client Advocate to carry out support visits and develop strong relationships with our H&S clients. As well as actively promote the use of our specialist systems to improve Client standards and promote our brand.
Overview of duties
1. Checking on Client Usage & Satisfaction
2. Assessing effectiveness of implementation & identifying gaps
3. Re-training as appropriate
4. Developing strong client relationships over the long term in the interests of client retention
5. Assessing & implementing branded solutions as appropriate
6. Liaising closely with Sales and Health & Safety Leads
7. Introducing new Systems & Services
8. Identifying upgrades to existing Systems & Services
9. Establishing positive relations with key Client personnel – group/Site Owners, Site Managers, & System Champions
10. Remaining familiar with Client progress by reviewing Portal activity
11. Maintaining contact via email, phone, in-person & remote meetings
12. Maintaining and promoting our brand by demonstrating excellence and expertise, with a passion for continuous improvement
Person specification
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
1. Face to Face Client relationship management
2. Familiarity with Digital Products & Professional Apps with ability to lead & train others in their use
3. Client problem solving & escalation
4. Exposure to Health & Safety processes & compliance
Education / and or Experience
1. Interest in, & willingness to learn about, Health & Safety legislation & best practice
2. IT Proficient – MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & MS Office Tools
3. Fluency in written and verbal English
4. Full and clean driver’s licence
