Quantity Surveyor Skills: You are a driven Quantity Surveyor with 4+ years post-graduate experience with a Main Contractor in Ireland is desirable.
Quantity Surveyor Criteria:
1. A 3rd level qualification in a related field.
2. 4+ yrs Post-Graduate experience with a Main Contractor preferably Irish or UK.
3. Experience of residential building / commercial projects.
4. An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
5. Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants along with normal QS duties.
6. Reporting on budgets and variations.
7. To have strong analytical skills and ability to present findings.
8. Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports.
9. Maintaining subcontractor and supplier contractual details.
The Package: An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €65,000 + a strong package including, up to 30 days annual leave, pension, life insurance, health cover and long term work in the Waterford area.
