Role: Claims Analyst
Description:
We are seeking a skilled Claims Analyst to join our team at Covalen. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing service support in the life insurance financial services sector to customers of a major life insurance Irish company operating in the EU.
The Claims Analyst will be accountable for provision of information, resolution of claims and queries, and communication with internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year previous relevant work experience, ideally in the insurance sector or claims processing area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide product information to branches and their customers.
- Control and request related documentation for life insurance claims.
- Guide new and existing customers through the policy process for the client.
- Resolve customer claims on a day-to-day basis in an efficient and timely manner.
- Record customer information and issues in the appropriate systems and ensure records are maintained and kept up to date.
- Provide daily and weekly reports on issues when occurred.
- Monitor, respond and report on customer feedback as instructed.
- Troubleshoot system and business process problems and escalate when required.
- Cooperate with client's teams to resolve customer issues as requested.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year previous relevant work experience preferably in the insurance sector or claims processing area.
- Previous experience in reviewing and analysing documentation.
- Be fluent in Italian and English both written and spoken.
- Immediate eligibility to work in Ireland.
