Rugs.ie is growing, and we're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused individual to lead our Order Management & Customer Service department. As we continue expanding our online presence, we need someone who is both professional and personable—because our customers always come first!
In this role, you’ll receive comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to succeed. If you have experience in order processing, e-commerce, or customer service, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
* Manage customer orders—both online and in-store
* Process orders, deliveries, returns, and replacements efficiently
* Ensure smooth daily operations and resolve issues proactively
* Provide expert product advice through phone, webchat, and email
* Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
* Handle customer complaints with a problem-solving mindset
What You Bring:
* Experience in order management, customer service, or a similar role
* Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
* Confidence to engage with customers professionally and warmly
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
* Ability to multitask and work both independently and in a team
* Proficiency in computer systems and a willingness to learn new tools
