Your mission
This customer administrator position is an exciting new role that involves both administration and marketing tasks to maintain our customer base and get involved in activities and plans to see this grow.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders in the analysis and maintenance of all customer programmes, data, and information. You will be expected to provide support and understanding to the customer services and sales teams. You will need to respond to requests and questions about data and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within this that will see our customer base grow.
Duties And Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain all customer information.
2. Maximise the use of customer potential data.
3. Work with relevant departments to initiate ideas on how to attract new accounts.
4. Work with internal stakeholders including our team of sales managers to reduce the number of underperforming sales territories nationwide.
5. Prepare recommendations based on the development and results of customer programs to area sales managers for action.
6. Improve communication between customers and internal stakeholders.
7. Initiate rules for follow-up to ensure recommendations are reviewed and approved actions are implemented.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Excellent organisational and project management skills.
2. Proven attention to detail.
3. Effective communication and customer management skills.
4. Experience in a customer-facing/customer related role.
5. Study in Business Related Studies/Marketing/Sales or other relevant field, preferred but not essential.
6. Advanced Excel skills.
