About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Consulting team as a Lead for Health Capital Investments. This role involves working closely with clients to plan, design, and implement health capital projects that drive transformation in healthcare services.
* Lead and support the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and strategic planning for health capital investments.
* Work closely with clinical, operational, and design teams to integrate models of care into facility planning and delivery.
* Manage project workstreams, mentor junior colleagues, and oversee the production of high-quality deliverables.
* Engage with stakeholders across government, health systems, and private sector partners to shape and deliver transformational health capital projects.
* Contribute to practice growth by supporting new business development, client proposals, and industry thought leadership.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in health infrastructure planning, capital project management, or strategic advisory roles.
* A strong understanding of the health capital lifecycle, from strategic planning and business case development to delivery and commissioning.
* Knowledge of healthcare policy, funding models, and capital investment frameworks in Ireland and/or international settings.
* A proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects within tight timeframes.
* A relevant third-level qualification in a related field (e.g., healthcare management, project management, business, economics, engineering, architecture, or a related discipline).
* Ideal certification in project management (e.g., Prince2, PMP) and/or change management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
