The Quality Assurance Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the high standards of care provided by Ashdale Care are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, audit and formulate quality control policies, procedures, systems and compliance tools within Ashdale Care.
* Carry out internal thematic audits of Ashdale Care Homes in line with organisational policy.
* Ensure that all policies are implemented and aligned with our organisational values.
Requirements
* Mandatory qualification to Level 7 degree in Social Care or Social Work.
* Working knowledge of the National Standards for Children's Residential Centres.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience working within a children's residential environment or social work environment.
* Minimum of 1 year's experience in an auditing capacity.
About the Role
* This office-based/hybrid role requires significant engagement and commitment to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
* The successful candidate will be required to travel frequently to visit different locations.
* The Quality Assurance Auditor reports directly to the Quality Assurance Manager.
