Job Title: Field Service Engineer
Reports to: Inventory Manager
Location: BoyleSports HQ
Your Role:
As the Boylesports retail estate continues to grow and thrive, a requirement has arisen and an experienced Field Service Engineer to assist with the fit-outs and refurbs of retail premises.
The postholder will ensure our Retail Estate is fully functioning to the highest standard while carrying out general service calls to shops across the ROI and NI estate. You will also be involved in renovation and relocation's across the estate which might lead to some overnight work.
Key Requirements:
· Experience in a customer-facing/focused role providing software and hardware product installations.
· Experience in diagnosing and problem solving
· Delivery of set KPIs and SLAs
· Manage business expectations throughout all phases of implementation
· Configuration and roll-out experience is essential
· Implementation of hardware on-site, equipment, scanners, printers and implementation of software updates
· Experience installing cables to a high standard
· Experience in LAN/WAN environments
· Experience with network/server issues with technical and troubleshooting abilities
· Working knowledge of Wireless Technologies

· Full clean driving licence

· Willingness to travel throughout Ireland and UK
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
