About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected construction company as a Site Manager.
You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Main Responsibilities
* Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
* Review project plans and specifications to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
* Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
* Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report any issues.
* Manage the use of construction equipment and machinery.
* Resolve problems and implement improvements in construction processes.
* Maintain communication between project managers, site staff, and clients.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to come with proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
You should have an in-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are crucial.
Familiarity with construction and project management software is required, and relevant certifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, SSSTS etc.
