My client, an accountancy practice in North Dublin, is hiring a Cloud Accounting Manager/Senior Manager to lead their growing Cloud Accounting team.

Duties
1. Lead the Cloud Accounting department, managing client accounts and fostering team development.
2. Oversee the preparation of management accounts, bookkeeping, and VAT returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
3. Build strong client relationships, offering expert advice on cloud accounting software.
4. Train and mentor team members on best practices and cloud tools (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).
5. Improve processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
6. Support clients transitioning to cloud software with training and ongoing support.
7. Identify opportunities to grow the client base and expand services.

About You
1. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
2. Extensive experience in bookkeeping, management accounts, and financial reporting.
3. Proficient in cloud accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).
4. Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
5. Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
6. Analytical and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
7. Experience advising clients on cloud technology (advantageous).
