Job Description Greet all visitors at reception in a professional and courteous manner and ensure all sign in/out.
Ensure the smooth and business-like operation of the Carechoice Dungarvans telephone switch board to include message taking and paging as appropriate.
Address any low-level telephone & bleep system maintenance issues of a routine nature.
Daily update of the List of Residents and any other such forms as required e.g.
maintenance log.
Regular checking of, and for, email communications and acting thereon Re-direction of all incoming post to the DON.
Taking and booking of telephone inquiries for viewings.
Maintain daily diary.
Deal with residents' issues and family complaints.
Appropriate addressing and franking of all outgoing mail and subsequent posting of same.
Routine or ad hoc typing assignments as may be directed by either senior management or other authorised staff.
Supporting the Accounts/Admin function e.g.
cheque posting, data input, general filing, etc, as directed by authorised staff Booking of Taxis & Couriers in accordance with approved procedures and subsequent vetting of bills Resident mail and newspaper distribution if and as required Completion of Clothes tagging forms Distribution of Carechoice Dungarvan's marketing collateral e.g.
brochures, as directed Ensure outing forms completed and presented before and after residents outing.
