Our client is one of Ireland's most respected insurance brokerages with a long history of serving the market.
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our personal lines team in our Dublin office, where you will work alongside our established team members.
Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on suitable insurance products for their car, home, and van insurance requirements.
* Handling new business inquiries for personal insurance and processing new quotations.
* Evaluating client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
* Delivering exceptional customer care to existing clients during policy renewal and throughout their policy term.
* Issuing and amending renewals, handling mid-term adjustments, and managing administration tasks related to client servicing.
* Building relationships across teams to drive business objectives and meet compliance standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 12 months' experience in handling car, home, or van insurance enquiries for new or existing customers.
* An Approved Product Adviser (APA) qualification in Personal General Insurance and/or progress towards a CIP qualification.
* Excellent communication skills, energy, and a commitment to customer service.
