Job Title
You will work with a cross-functional design team of analog and digital designers from a wide variety of backgrounds.
You will be involved in all stages of development including architecture/specs for the transmitter and receiver, system level verification of the design performance across several protocols and channels. You will work in the qualification and correlation of performance and algorithms in silicon.
Key Qualifications
* Requires a MSc in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 5+ years of experience or PhD.
* Solid background in Communications theory – equalization, coding, noise/crosstalk filtering.
* Experience in C/Matlab/System Verilog modeling of circuits and systems.
* Knowledgeable about script languages such as Python.
Preferred Experience
* Solid background in high-speed analog CMOS circuit design.
* Experience in examining link budgets for high-speed serial links.
* Comprehensive expertise of Tx/Rx equalization techniques.
* Knowledge of circuit topologies in high-speed Rx/Tx SerDes PHY.
* Knowledge of CDR architectures and CDR loop dynamics.
* Experience with IBIS-AMI modelling is desirable.
