Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently by the team.
2. Supervise staff, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth store operations.
3. Manage opening and closing procedures, following security and company protocols.
4. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
5. Assist in the training, induction, and development of store staff.
6. Guarantee efficient checkout processes and promote our Customer Loyalty Program to all customers.
7. Oversee stock management, including checking deliveries and resolving any discrepancies with suppliers.
8. Address customer queries, requests, and complaints, delivering the highest standard of customer service.
9. Maintain the store’s hygiene standards and presentation to ensure a welcoming environment.
10. Comply with Health & Safety regulations and address any issues promptly.
11. Act as the main point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager.
12. Perform any additional duties assigned by the management team.
