Office Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with colleagues, senior leaders, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily office operations and manage a small office team to foster a productive work environment.
* Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits, and HR compliance to ensure accurate records and adherence to certification standards.
* Assist the Irish and UK Quality teams in maintaining ISO and Q Mark accreditation processes.
* Develop and track key performance indicators to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Office Management, HR, and Finance.
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
* Excellent relationship-building abilities and discretion when handling sensitive information.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Capable of working independently, being consistent, reliable, and quick-learning.
