* Process daily cash and journal receipts accurately and efficiently.
* Prepare and process invoices, as well as manage payments in a timely manner.
* Provide administrative support and assistance with ad-hoc duties as required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
* Strong teamwork and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to delivering results.
