We are currently looking to recruit experienced Senior Chefs de Partie for a full-time position based in Dublin City.
Responsibilities:
1. Preparing specific food items and meal components at your station.
2. Following directions provided by the head chef.
3. Collaborating with the rest of the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and service.
4. Keep your area of the kitchen safe and sanitary.
5. Stocktaking and ordering supplies for your station.
6. Improving your food preparation methods based on feedback.
7. Assisting in other areas of the kitchen when required.
8. Grill experience required.
Specifications:
1. Hourly pay rate between 17-18 per hour.
2. Work 5 days per week over 7.
3. Available for lunch and dinner shifts and weekends.
4. Weekly tips.
5. Referral scheme.
6. Bike to work scheme.
