Logistics Supervisor – Client Site
Growing and leading a high-profile client's site team, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), while fostering effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team, promoting growth and excellence.
* Deliver results against set KPIs and SLAs, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Optimize and improve processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* Manage inventory and stock, as well as purchasing activities, to ensure seamless operations.
* Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including GMP/GLP and Health & Safety Regulations.
* Encourage growth within the client account by providing additional services and supporting business development initiatives.
Requirements:
* 3-4 years of people management experience, with a track record of recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and leading teams.
* Experience in customer service or account management.
* Experience delivering results against set KPIs and SLAs.
* Track record of optimizing and improving processes.
* Solid understanding and experience in inventory & stock management, as well as purchasing.
* Good understanding of GMP/GLP or related Health & Safety Regulations is an asset.
* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders within a matrix environment.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Fully qualified driver with own car required.
* Budget and project management skills.
