Sales & Business Development Manager
Leading international garden design, landscape build, and maintenance company are looking to hire a Sales & Business Development Manager.
The Role:
Develop strong relationships with commercial partners such as architects, property managers, and designers. Contribute to creating exceptional living spaces, working with a passionate team of horticulturists, designers, and site managers. Enhance company reputation, brand, and customer satisfaction through high standards of work.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop prospects in line with customer profiles across design, build, and maintenance services.
2. Manage the sales pipeline with regular meetings and CRM usage.
3. Follow a clear sales process from lead to customer.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Strong experience in sales.
2. Team player with excellent communication skills.
3. Resourceful and persistent researcher.
4. Highly organized self-starter with a commitment to excellence.
5. Willingness to travel as needed and go the extra mile to meet deadlines.
6. Relevant third-level qualification in business, marketing, or sales.
7. Proven track record in sales and marketing initiatives.
