This team designs, manages, and supports the security tools which enable security operations across State Street. You will work closely with senior team members to troubleshoot platform and agent issues and provide technical support to end-users. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in data security and DLP technologies.What you will be responsible forActing as the first point of contact for DLP platform related support requestsMonitoring logs, alerts and performing routine checks and updates to ensure the DLP platforms are functioning optimallyMaintaining accurate documentation of DLP platform support procedures and configurationsProviding technical support to end-users regarding DLP toolsWorking with key stakeholders and vendors to implement new or additional DLP capabilities to enhance our risk-driven data protectionTuning and upgrading system components, following internal testing and change management processesContributing to projects that improve current capabilities, drive adoption, and enable future growthPartnering within the Cyber Fusion Centre teams to ensure our security platforms meet operational needs, within DLP Program Operations, Insider Threat and Incident responseWhat we valueFoundational Cyber security knowledge, with experience in DLP and Endpoint Security toolingExposure to, and knowledge of enterprise DLP platforms eg Symantec DLP, Digital Guardian Endpoint DLP, ProofPoint, Microsoft PurviewStrong foundational skills supporting platforms running on Microsoft Windows Server and Linux Operating SystemsUnderstanding and working knowledge of current data protection, information security and cyber security practices and techniques would be advantageousA collaborative approach to solving technical challenges and improving securityA desire to learn, combined with a collaborative working style and strong personal work ethicExperience in a 24/7 security operations environment, emphasising reliability and system availabilityExperience in distributed, international teams would be beneficialEducation & Preferred QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in IT support, cybersecurity, or a related field.
