The Position
In this role you will unlock business opportunities by driving change and sales of the Novo Nordisk Primary Care.
Additionally, you will:
1. Identify, target, segment, and build relationships with relevant specialists influencing the treatment of Primary Care.
2. Lead customer engagement initiatives by orchestrating field and multi-channel interactions with healthcare professionals in your territory, ensuring impactful connections.
3. Execute sales and brand strategies by implementing sales-related brand plan activities within budget and driving cross-functional strategic account plans.
4. Foster strong stakeholder relationships through ongoing interactions with specialists, physicians, nurses, pharmacies, and collaboration with sales colleagues and Regional Medical Advisors on educational initiatives.
5. Ensure compliance and efficiency by maintaining the CRM system (Salesforce) with customer insights, delivering on ambitious field activity plans, and adhering to local and company regulations.
This is a field-based role, requiring travel to assigned locations as part of the job responsibilities.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we imagine that you have:
1. A Life Science degree or equivalent.
2. Proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in Primary Care within the listed territories.
3. Strong track record in organizing meetings and leading project participation.
4. Ability to build strong relationships, influence and negotiate, applying marketing strategies to support the portfolio.
5. Entrepreneurial approach with strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities, paired with a can-do attitude and results-driven mindset.
6. A valid driving license and willingness to travel as required for the role.
About the Department
The sales department is one of the driving forces behind our company’s growth and success. The department works cross-functionally with other key areas of the company, including marketing, customer excellence, and medical departments. You will be part of an energetic, agile, and dynamic sales team working across primary and secondary care. In your territory, you will collaborate with territory colleagues, making teamwork essential for success. You will report directly to the Sales Manager.
