Job Title: Construction Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Office Administrator to join our team at our award-winning commercial fitout company in Dublin 11.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' office administration experience, with a strong background in the construction sector. They will be responsible for supporting senior management with day-to-day administration, working on projects and events, and maintaining accurate records and files.
In this role, you will also be responsible for compiling handover files, ordering materials, chasing deliveries, and managing various administration activities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this position, as well as proficiency in MS Office and Sharepoint.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support senior management with day-to-day administration
* Work on projects and events with management
* Maintain accurate records and files
* Compile handover files for projects
* Record all administration paperwork
* Order materials and chase deliveries

* Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to external emails
* Provide general and ad-hoc administrative support as required
