Customer Service Advisor (Part Time)
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound and outbound phone calls in an efficient and timely manner, collating information from customers via these telephone calls.
* Receive inbound calls from customers through a virtual call centre, answering various questions.
* Evaluate and update customer records in accordance with relevant regulations.
* Drive sales to achieve targets by identifying, converting, or referring new sales opportunities that meet customer requirements.
Requirements:
* Minimum 9 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English.
* Able to learn and grow with Covalen.
* Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland and ability to pass all background checks.
