Key Responsibilities: Preparing, formatting, and proofreading a range of legal documents and correspondence Transcribing dictations Managing client files and ensuring accurate filing (both paper and digital) Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and post Scheduling meetings, diary management, and organising court dates or appointments Communicating professionally with clients, courts, and third parties Supporting in document preparation for court hearings or transactions Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with all legal and data protection standards Assisting with billing, invoicing, and legal aid paperwork where applicable Requirements: Previous experience as a legal secretary or legal administrator Excellent typing and MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel) Familiarity with legal terminology and processes Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines Experience in conveyancing is an advantage Please contact Noelle for further information at Skills: legal secretary legal conveyancing
