The Estates & Facilities department is undertaking a digital transformation of the estate with systems enabling efficient and sustainable resource use, high customer service standards, effective project delivery, and compliance with government policy.
The BIM manager will play a crucial role in designing and implementing an Estates Information & Systems Strategy with a scalable methodology that applies industry best standards while improving accessibility and usability of building information.
This role will enhance interoperability across legacy, new, and future systems, advancing digital information management and making a significant impact on digitization of the estate service delivery.

This is a permanent position with 35 hours per week. The salary will be made on the Administrative 1 Salary Scale (€68,181 - €88,201 per annum).
