What does this role offer?
This role is located at our Kilkenny office, requiring you to work from the office three times a week.
As an Associate on the Corporate Tax Compliance team, you will support the Directors, Managers, Senior Associates, and a wider team with ongoing Corporate Tax Compliance projects. You will assist in the day-to-day running of the projects and be responsible for coaching and supporting a team to ensure high-quality tax compliance services.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Work on challenging and complex corporation tax computations.
2. Prepare VAT compliance and assist with the first stage review of VAT returns.
3. Implement and coordinate an efficient model based on optimal resource scheduling.
4. Assist with training for new joiners and team members.
5. Collaborate with client engagement leads to deliver tax compliance services.
6. Manage client relationships and resolve queries.
7. Embrace digital transformation in our business.
8. Identify training needs and utilize digital tools for upskilling.
9. Operate effectively with internal team members to drive improvements.
10. Bring tax technical and business knowledge to create value for clients.
11. Contribute to a fun working environment and promote our learning culture.
12. Report to experienced senior team members.
