We are currently seeking afull-timepayroll Administrator to join our client's team inNewcastle Co. Dublin.
This is initially a temporary position with the potential for a Permanent position full-time.
Main responsibilities will include: Managing fortnightly and monthly payrolls ensuring accurate and timely processing Handling high volumes of data, including anomalies, timesheets, shift uplift rates, starters, finishers, and pensioncalculations Utilizing the (mega) busy PR system to process payroll efficiently Collaborating with the HR department and other teams to ensure accurate employee data and payroll information The ideal candidates for this opportunity would have: Previous experience as a payroll administrator or similar position Proficiency in using payroll software, ideally (mega) busy PR Strong attention to detail and ability to handle a high volume of data Excellent organisational and time management skills Knowledge of payroll processes and employment regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of payroll processes.
