Adecco are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our client's team in Tralee, Ireland. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing essential administrative support to help drive our client's business growth, enhance customer relationships, and increase revenue and profitability.
Location: Tralee, Co.Kerry
Salary: €35,000
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the sales team and customers, ensuring efficient and comprehensive service delivery while establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
2. Assist the sales team in developing and expanding business with both new and existing customers.
3. Handle sales administration tasks, collaborating closely with the sales team and possessing in-depth knowledge of our client's products/services.
4. Prepare quotations for customers, create sales orders, and provide reports as required.
5. Support the sales team in identifying sales opportunities by conducting relevant research and providing necessary information.
Key Qualities:
1. Previous experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Assistant, with strong organisational and planning skills.
2. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office.
3. Experience with CRM tools is highly desirable, and you should be a self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
4. Excellent problem-solving & interpersonal skills.
