Associate Relationship Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Relationship Manager to join our team in Limerick. This is a 12-month contract role with potential opportunity for extension or development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and presenting at meetings.
* Review fund documentation, ensure compliance with regulations, and monitor investment restrictions.
* Investigate and report investment breaches and errors, maintaining accurate registers.
* Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, risk assessments, and compliance updates for internal and external stakeholders.
* Assist with inspections, monitor custodians/prime brokers, and support fund launches.
* Contribute to regulatory projects, improve procedures, and escalate risks to management as needed.
Requirements:
* Third level qualification and/or advanced professional studies.
* Working knowledge of fund accounting/transfer agency systems.
* Working fund knowledge including exposure to complex asset and fund structures.
* Proven experience in client-facing roles with excellent relationship-building skills.
* Understanding of laws and regulations applicable to depositary/trustee and local requirements, particularly for Irish funds.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Ability to work within a multi-team structure.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
