The Practice Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of this esteemed organization. Reporting directly to senior management, you will oversee a team of professionals, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Your primary focus will be on driving efficiencies, improving client service delivery, and supporting business growth through strategic planning and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Management and Service Delivery:
o Oversight of a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
o Primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing issues and providing tailored advice.
o Ensuring compliance with financial reporting, tax, and regulatory requirements for all clients.
o Developing strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for service enhancements and business development.
* Operational and Practice Management:
o Workload distribution and workflow management to ensure optimal team performance.
o Monitoring financial performance, including billing, collections, and profitability analysis.
o Adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
o Managing and mentoring a team of accounting and tax professionals, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
* Business Development and Strategy:
o Identifying opportunities to expand service offerings and improve client satisfaction.
o Collaborating with senior management to develop and execute strategies for client growth and retention.
* Compliance and Risk Management:
o Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.
o Monitoring changes in industry regulations and implementing necessary adjustments to practice procedures.
o Assisting with audit preparation and liaising with regulatory bodies when required.
Requirements
* A qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CTA) with proven experience in an accountancy practice.
