As Senior Business Analyst with this rapidly growing SAAS company with offices in Cork and Kilkenny, you will be commercially minded, sales savvy and will enjoy working with clients.
This is a fulltime permanent role which requires a Business Analyst with exceptional stakeholder management experience.
Accountabilities and duties:
Managing the transition of multiple software upgrades.
Manage a number of clients/ projects concurrently.
Deliver new requirements to clients.
Consulting with clients on best practices and process improvement.
Overseeing day-to-day tasks of development team.
Run scrum ceremonies.
Cultivating strong business relationships with multiple clients and have the ability to troubleshoot and think outside the box.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase solutions to clients.
Work closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to align solutions with product capabilities.
Gather detailed requirements and conducted multiple demonstrations of the application.
Provide input on product enhancements based on client feedback.
Work with stakeholders and the team to investigate operational issues, problems and opportunities.
Identify appropriate, effective and efficient solutions through improvements in product and process.
Define the scope, priorities and benefits with stakeholders.
Document business requirements.
Define user acceptance tests.
