CPL Healthcare is partnering with various clients across Dublin, Wicklow, Waterford, and Roscommon to recruit Certified Nurse Managers (CNMs) and Assistant Directors of Nursing (ADONs) for nursing homes.
To be considered for these roles, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Registered nurses on the live register of nurses maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
* A minimum of 3 years of relevant post-registration nursing experience, which may vary depending on the specific role.
* Previous management or supervisory experience.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a proven track record of leadership and management. They should be able to demonstrate their ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a focus on patient care and staff development.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and supporting the day-to-day operations of the nursing home. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that high standards of care are maintained, and that the needs of residents are met.
