Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our General Recruitment Team in Ballymena. The team is responsible for managing the supply of temporary and permanent staff in various sectors, including commercial, industrial, and professional.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with client companies to understand their recruitment needs
* Prepare and place recruitment adverts
* Screen and interview applicants
* Place staff in suitable posts
* Manage temporary workforce
* Develop business opportunities through job fairs and recruitment events
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in sales or customer-facing environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with senior staff in client companies. Self-motivation and a desire to grow your area of business are also crucial for success in this position.
Working Hours
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:00pm.
