Our client, a market leader in logistics, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Key Account Manager to join their warehouse office in Dublin 11. About the Role
As the Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing key client relationships, overseeing warehouse operations, and driving customer satisfaction. Your ability to balance strategic account management with hands-on operational support will be critical to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact.
* Customer Satisfaction: Address client needs and concerns promptly, ensuring a high standard of service.
* Operational Coordination: Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient storage, transportation, and product handling.
* Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any challenges related to warehouse operations, deliveries, or quality swiftly and effectively.
* Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate with logistics companies, delivery drivers, and suppliers to manage stock receipts and dispatch schedules.
* Stock Management: Ensure accurate processing of customer stock receipt documentation and maintain the warehouse stock management system.
* Order Fulfillment: Allocate stock, prepare picklists, and issue dispatch documentation in line with customer orders.
* Administrative Support: Manage the 24-hour schedule, respond to client queries, and assist with office duties as required.
