Employee Development

To enhance our carers' skills, we provide state-of-the-art training using tools like our Age Simulation Suit and Geriatric Patient Care Manikin.
We offer various training programs, such as Stoma and Catheter care, Dementia and Alzheimer's care, Patient Moving and Handling, and Infection Prevention Control.

What We Offer
We provide a competitive rate of pay, up to €19 per hour (paid fortnightly), and a refer-a-friend scheme with rewards up to €500 per referral.
Additionally, we offer mileage allowance, free Manual Handling training, flexible working hours, an Employee Assistance Programme, Bike to Work Scheme, and Uniform & PPE provided.
We also offer double pay on Bank Holidays and promotions for Senior HCA/Rapid Response/Community Carer/Office opportunities.

Job Requirements
We are seeking Carers who have started or completed care skills and care of the older person or QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent, possess a driver's license and own transport, and are reliable, dedicated, diligent, and trustworthy.
They must be fluent in English both verbally and written.

Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care and assistance to clients as per their Care Plan, including personal care, toileting, meal preparation, moving & transferring, and supervising medication.
Carers must observe, listen, and engage with clients, be punctual, and manage time effectively.
They must communicate any changes or concerns related to client needs/care with Kare Plan and adhere to Health & Safety regulations.

Part-Time/Flexible Time Contracts
Carers can choose their own availability, and we offer a Trainee Rate (2 modules in QQI) with varying rates depending on the day of the week.
We also provide paid travel time and a fuel bonus up to €175 per month.
