Technical Recruitment Consultant
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Galway. The Sigmar Technical Division has grown significantly by expanding our client base and delivering exceptional results.
This role presents an opportunity to join a buoyant recruitment team and drive business growth through innovative recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing top talent using various recruitment platforms, including Sigmars CRM database, LinkedIn, head hunting, and networking.
* Proactively engaging with Life Science & Engineering professionals to identify suitable roles.
* Conducting interviews and building relationships with candidates via face-to-face meetings, Teams calls, and telephone conversations.
* Developing industry knowledge through market research, attending events, networking, and participating in internal creative projects.
* Driving Business Development to win new business and maintain key accounts for Sigmar.
* Attending meetings with clients across the Life Science & Engineering sector.
* Collaborating with the department Manager to grow and nurture the Technical department.
* Expanding industry knowledge and network of talent.
* Creatively producing industry content for company blogs, websites, and social media channels.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in agency recruitment is desirable but not essential.
* A strong background in sales, target-driven, customer-facing roles is preferred.
