Engineering Clerical Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Clerical Administrator to join our team in Dublin 8 for a 12-month contract.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for all administrative aspects of managing inspection, maintenance and repair activities. This role offers the opportunity to extend beyond the initial 12-month contract.
This is a fully on-site position with a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from €27-40K.
Requirements:
* A strong background in administrative/clerical officer experience.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, delivering results in an effective manner.
* Outstanding communication/Interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
* Ability to work well as part of a team.
* A working knowledge of SAP and Sharepoint.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
